Who We Are
DillyMerch is a Canadian‑owned, family-operated custom branding business based in Orleans (Ottawa), Ontario. We work on an evening and weekend schedule, giving us the flexibility to support customers outside traditional business hours while maintaining high‑quality service and attention to detail.

How We Create Your Products
We use Direct to Film (DTF) transfers for most of our custom apparel and accessories (backpacks, duffel bags, caps).

DTF delivers vibrant colours, excellent durability, and a comfortable feel, and it works on a wide range of fabrics — making it ideal for shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, and more.

We also offer sublimation for polyester apparel and hard goods such as mugs and tumblers. Sublimation produces rich, long‑lasting designs that become part of the material itself.
